A graduate of York University (1983) Norman began his restaurant management career with Keg Restaurants of Canada. In 1985 he joined the management team of the innovative Dunkelman Restaurant Group, operators of the Dunkelman’s Fine Dining concept as well as The Daily Planet Café & Grill restaurants.
In 1988 Norman joined the hospitality search firm Green, Busch & Lecours and quickly established himself as their top billing search consultant. In 1991 he and Green, Busch & Lecours principal Leo Lecours formed Lecours Wolfson. Lecours Wolfson grew exponentially during the 1990’s to become Canada’s dominant Hospitality Management and Chef Recruitment firm. Leo Lecours’ interest in the firm was purchased in December, 1999.
Norman has been a guest lecturer at The University of Guelph’s Hotel and Food Administration Program, Humber College’s Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism Program and Ryerson University.

Jordan learned the ropes with CP Hotels’ Chateau Lake Louise, The Post Hotel (Mobil 5 Diamond Resort, Relais & Chateaux) and The Royal Lahaina Resort in Hawaii. While attending the University of Toronto he could not resist the allure of the business world and became an operating partner of both the Auberge Gavroche & L’Entrecôte, two of Toronto’s most celebrated French restaurants. Romoff joined Lecours Wolfson in 1992. He was named Vice President in 1996 and became a partner in the firm in 1999.
Jordan has been a guest lecturer at George Brown Colleges’ Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism and Humber Colleges’ School of Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism.

Upon graduating from Ryerson Polytechincal Institute’s Hospitality Management Program in 1983, Angelo joined the pre-opening management team of Canadian National’s L’Hotel in downtown Toronto. Panousis held management positions in both the accommodations and restaurant sectors of the industry prior to becoming an owner/operator of his own restaurants. He joined Lecours Wolfson in 1994 and became a partner in the firm in 2001.
Angelo has been a part-time lecturer at George Brown College’s Hospitality Management program.

A member of the Lecours Wolfson recruitment team since December of 2001, Brent joined the firm after a 10-year leadership career in some of North America’s finest luxury hotels. A native of the Thousand Islands, Brent grew up in the business and after graduation (Acadia University, B.A Political Science & History – 1994) he joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Brent worked at three of their legendary Alberta Resorts and also obtained his Sommelier accreditation. He then moved on to Niagara where he was part of visionary hotelier Si Wai Lai’s executive team overseeing Food and Beverage operations at the Queen’s Landing. Moving to Muskoka in 2000 he became the Director of Restaurants at Deerhurst before joining Lecours Wolfson.
Brent’s practice is focused on U.S luxury hotel and resort operations.
Brent is a member of The Hospitality Financial and Technical Professionals, Hospitality Sales & Marketing International, The American Travel Marketing Executive, The Professional Convention Management Association and the James Beard Foundation. He was also a panelist at MPI’s Tourism Education Conference in Niagara in 2009.

Jeff began his career with Cara Operations and, since that time, has held progressively senior roles in operations. He has worked with such brands as The Second Cup Coffee chain in a regional role, as well as Famous Players Theatres/IMAX. Jeff joined Lecours Wolfson in February 2000. His search expertise includes QSR, Casual and Fine Dining Restaurants in both Canada and the United States. He has also enjoyed success recruiting at the senior level for the mid to upscale market hotel sector in both North America and the Far East. Before entering the hospitality industry, Canning studied Economics and Political Philosophy at the University of Toronto.

A York University graduate (BA, Economics) Allan was a Restaurant/Bar General Manager before opening his own hospitality consulting company.
Allan joined Lecours Wolfson in March of 2002. Since that time he has established himself as the “go to” recruiter for several major Canadian hotel groups as well as luxury boutique hotel operators across Canada, The United States, Micronesia and the Caribbean.

Born into a family of successful restaurateurs, Doug’s upbringing was a crash course on the commitment and dedication required to succeed in the competitive tourism industry of small town, “cottage country” Ontario.
A graduate of Georgian College’s Hotel and Resort Operations program (2001), Doug has had exposure to some great roles within the hospitality industry; a highlight includes three seasons as Hospitality Coordinator for The Player’s Racing Team (CART Circuit). Doug’s operations background also includes five rewarding seasons at Pheasant Run Golf Club in Sharon, Ontario and Manager of Conference and Event Services at the Kingbridge Centre. Since joining the Lecours Wolfson team in 2007, Doug has partnered with some of Canada’s leading restaurant organizations, top-rated properties in the North American golf and private club sector and luxury hotels and resort properties in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.

A graduate of The University of Toronto, Peter spent several fruitful years in Restaurant Management before becoming a recruiter in the early 1980’s. He joined Lecours Wolfson in 1994; his practice includes hotels, restaurants (casual, fine dining and QSR chains), private clubs as well as sports and entertainment complexes. Biggest achievement: “I have clients that I have worked with since joining Lecours Wolfson and I continue to enjoy helping them to build high performance Management and Culinary teams.”

Since graduating from the Hospitality and Tourism Management program at Ryerson University, Danica has worked for notable organizations including PKF Consulting as a Researcher and at Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International in sales roles. Danica Keravica joined Lecours Wolfson in June 2003.
Her practice at Lecours Wolfson has included working with major hotel companies, tourism and convention/visitors bureaus and DMOs within North America and a theme park in Dubai. Danica has also worked for high-end, luxury retailers within Canada.
Danica participates in industry associations such as Incentive Works, CHMSE and MPI.

Debra, an avid runner, kitesurfer and moutain biker, attended McMaster University before acquiring her Chef’s Red Seal. She has worked with several prestigious hotel chains, been a multi-unit manager for one of Canada’s largest casual dining chains and headed up new development for a National Quick Service Chain. Debra joined Lecours Wolfson in 2003 following several years with Intercontinental Hotels and Resorts where she held diverse roles such as Director of Groups and Conventions in charge of Food and Beverage and the Executive Housekeeper.
Debra is a member of Women in Food Industry Management.

A graduate of Queen’s University, David completed the Culinary Management program at George Brown College and began his cooking career with the Liberty Group and Four Seasons Hotels. Front-of-the-house management experience at various Jamie Kennedy locations and the eclectic Gladstone Hotel honed his interpersonal skills and clarified his passion for Human Resources. Although new to the Lecours Wolfson team, David has quickly established himself with both clients and candidates alike.
