Leo Lecours Memorial Award

The University of Guelph, located in Guelph, Ontario, offers a Bachelor of Commerce degree through its School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM).

In 1998 Lecours, Wolfson established a Scholarship known as The Lecours Wolfson Award. This scholarship is awarded annually to a HAFA major on the basis of his or her contribution to the School and/or Hospitality Industry. Particular attention is paid, during the selection process, to scholarship candidates who are keenly focused on a management career in the hospitality industry.

In 2003 the Lecours Wolfson Award was renamed The Leo Lecours Memorial Award to honour Leo Lecours, one of our founding partners, who passed away in 2002.
