Geolo Acquires Los Angeles Landmark – JDV to Manage

LOS ANGELES—Geolo Capital, the private equity arm of the John A. Pritzker family, has acquired the 250-room Custom Hotel here. Joie de Vivre Hospitality will manage the hotel.
