Joining Lecours Wolfson in 2001 after a successful career in luxury hotel and resort operations, Brent Billing heads up Lecours Wolfson’s U.S recruitment practice. A proud member of HFTP, HSMAI, PCMA and IHA, Brent’s practice focuses on U.S Lodging and Real Estate and includes successful corporate and property level placements in a myriad of disciplines. “In this market, I believe that truly successful candidates are not actively looking – they need to have access to a resource where they can ask pointed questions about the merits of the opportunity. They want and demand a three dimensional look at a company and opportunity versus a one dimensional ad or posting. We measure a prospective candidate’s EQ in addition to their hard skills so that our clients hire the best available candidate in terms of both pedigree and cultural fit. The value in our service is this: we help our clients hire the best candidate versus the best available candidate who is actively looking.”
