Norman Wolfson - President:

A graduate of York University (1983) Wolfson began his restaurant management career with Keg Restaurants of Canada. In 1985 he joined the management team of the innovative Dunkelman Restaurant Group, operators of the Dunkelman's Fine Dining concept as well as The Daily Planet Café & Grill restaurants.

In 1988 Wolfson joined the hospitality search firm Green, Busch & Lecours and quickly established himself as their top billing search consultant. In 1991 he and Green, Busch & Lecours principal Leo Lecours formed Lecours Wolfson. Lecours Wolfson grew exponentially during the 1990's to become Canada's dominant Hospitality Management and Chef Recruitment firm. Leo Lecours' interest in the firm was purchased in December, 1999.

Wolfson has been a guest lecturer at The University of Guelph's Hotel and Food Administration Program and Humber College's Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism Program.

Jordan Romoff - Vice President

Romoff learned the ropes with CP Hotels' Chateau Lake Louise, The Post Hotel (Mobil 5 Diamond Resort, Relais & Chateaux) and The Royal Lahaina Resort in Hawaii. While attending the University of Toronto he could not resist the allure of the business world and became an operating partner of both the Auberge Gavroche & L'Entrecôte, two of Toronto's most celebrated French restaurants. Romoff joined Lecours Wolfson in 1992. He was named Vice President in 1996 and became a partner in the firm in 1999.

Romoff has been a guest lecturer at Humber Colleges' Hospitality Management program.

Angelo Panousis - Senior Associate

Upon graduating from Ryerson Polytechincal Institute's Hospitality Management Program in 1983, Panousis joined the pre-opening management team of Canadian National's L'Hotel in downtown Toronto. Panousis held management positions in both the accommodations and restaurant sectors of the industry prior to becoming an owner/operator of his own restaurants. He joined Lecours Wolfson in 1994 and became a partner in the firm in 2001.

Panousis has been a part-time lecturer at George Brown College's Hospitality Management program.
