- Q: What does it cost?
A: Our fees are based on a percentage of the hired candidate's
first year's compensation. Fee percentages may vary due to the
complexity of the assignment and/or the number of placements required.
- Q: Is there a Placement Guarantee?
A: Yes. Our placements are guaranteed for 90 days. Should
either you or the hired candidate terminate the employment relationship
prior to the expiration of the guarantee period then we will replace
that person or will extend a credit to you (as per our agreement/fee
schedule).
- Q: How long does the Search Process take?
A: We will generally have our list of qualified candidates
ready for your consideration within 7 to 10 business days. As
we are not a resume referral service we require this time to complete
our search process (which includes sourcing, screening and selection).
- Q: Why not just place a newspaper or internet advertisement?
A: It is our experience that the best candidates are usually
happily employed and are not actively seeking new career opportunities.
We have also found that candidates who are employed, concerned
about confidentiality, are often reluctant to respond to ads.
Finally, statistics do not favour ad recruitment: your ad, one
of possibly hundreds or thousands, may appear on only 1 to 3 days
out of 365. Assuming that the perfect candidate is ready to make
a career change, what are the chances that he or she will see
your ad on one of those days?
